Many times people ask me about staying in Salinas but they want to be in a quieter area than the Malecon...here it is!  This condo is located five minutes by cab outside of the very busy Malecon.  This peaceful location is in the Costa Ora section of Salinas.  This building is one of the most well maintained buildings on the Peninsula.  The property boasts a tennis court, olympic sized pool, basketball court, park área, steam room and awesome social patio areas.  The unit has two balconies...one big enough for a full table and chairs.  It is located right off of the living room and dining room.  This balcony overlooks the pool area and the ocean/beach.  The back balcony is located off of the dining room and is a normal sized balcony....perfect spot for your hammock.  The living room is off the front door and next to the big balcony.  The dining room is located off of the kitchen.  The kitchen is a good size and there is also a laundry room and maid´s quarters.  The master bedroom overlooks the ocean with sliding windows.  It has its own private bathroom.  The other two bedrooms are spacious.  There are plenty of bathrooms in this unit also.  The owner would consider $1,100 for long term leases.
