This Truly Is A Condo For A Duchess And Duke

This lovely unit is truly named for what it is...DuQuesa del Mar (Duchess of the Sea).  This penthouse unit has been meticulously decorated and cared for the last six years by a couple from the U.S.  They would not be leaving this gem if it were not for personal reasons.  One of my favorite things about this condo is the absolutely HUGE balcony...complete with BBQ grill, lots of room for guests to relax and even a hammock!  The living room, master bedroom and one guest bedroom are located right off of the balcony.  The kitchen has a great breakfast bar counter so that while you are in the kitchen, your guests can still be enjoying their time with you comfortably.  The living room/dining room has a great size dining room table and a very cozy and comfortable seating area.  The third bedroom has two large picture windows and its own bathroom.  The maids quarters makes a great storage area.  This unit comes with a parking space.
