New Eco Home With Amazing Ocean Views

This is a beautiful, two bedroom, three bathroom eco-home in Ayampe, Ecuador with amazing ocean views from the upper balcony and lower living room with deck.  The house has top-end furnishings throughout.  This eco-home uses a grey water system for watering all of the fruit trees and other flora and fauna on the property.  The property includes an eco-safe digester, which helps create microorganisms that boost the population of beneficial bacteria and break down waste. Air conditioning and hot water are standard in this home. 

The spacious, ocean-view kitchen and living area lead to the large balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking views while enjoying your dinner each evening.  The kitchen features granite countertops throughout, including the island, which is designated for an electric range.  The kitchen has micro-cement shelves on the wall, along with in-ceiling canned lights.   

In the living room are sliding doors which lead to the ocean-view balcony. There is also a spare bedroom (12ft x 12ft) on the first floor with its own bathroom, including a sink and shower.  The first floor balcony runs the entire front of the house (45 feet long) and offers unobstructed views.  The ground level, underneath the balcony and house, can be enclosed to add a storage and workshop space.  

The second floor master bedroom is spacious (21 feet x 17 feet) and has sliding doors which lead to the balcony. The en-suite master bath features his-and-her sinks and a large walk-in shower. 

The additional second floor bedroom is also spacious (12 feet x 12 feet) and has access to the upstairs balcony via the sliding glass door.  This room comes with its own bathroom which has a sink and custom shower.

La Reserva takes pride in their eco-community philosophy, which features oversized lots, underground power cables and low-level street lighting.  With over 35% of the area considered green,the community is also known for its micro-farming, hiking, and mountain biking trails.
