Very often I am asked to find a GORGEOUS condo that is FULLY stocked with everything you would want in your vacation getaway.  Well...here it is.  This tenth floor beauty is located right on the beach...no street in between you and the ocean!  The pool area has two jacuzzis, steam room sauna, well designed pool, outdoor bar area and plenty of lounge chairs.  When you are finished with the fun in the sun...head up to your decorators delight of a condo!  I absolutely love the huge living room/dining room.  The owners have totally thought of everything you will need.  There is a wonderful little sit down bar area, seating area by the balcony railings, large dining room with seating for all of your family and friends, and INCREDIBLE views!  The master bedroom also has front facing ocean views!  There is all kinds of storage space for everything you will pack...although you really don't need more than your own clothes!  The second and third bedrooms each have their own private bathrooms also.  The closet space in these two bedrooms is awesome also.  The kitchen is l-shaped and has lots of space.  It is fully appointed with everything you need to entertain.  The laundry room is conveniently located off of the kitchen.  There is a maids room which has a lot of storage for things you may want to take to the beach.  The building boasts a kids playground and a tennis court...which is hard to find in most buildings in Salinas.  The owner has even left rackets for you to use!  This unit has a private generator if the electricity were to go out.  This monthly price is for off season.  The rent is $2,500 in high season.  Call for short term rates depending on the time of year.
