Life Takes You Down Many Paths; Our Favorite Ones Lead To The Beach

Life always comes with its own surprises and opportunities.  You travel your path, and make the journey your own.  There is no better path to take than one that leads to the beach, so take the time to stroll onto the grounds of this spectacular property, with a paved path directly to the beach in Punta Blanca.  A sprawling 6,600 square feet of construction, in two stories, houses the owner's quarters, as well as, seven separate suites, which surround and overlook a beautiful pool and patio area.  You have to see this property to believe it.  The massive main living area has an open concept design, with exposed wood beam ceiling, and warm wood accents, so this huge area still has a cozy, inviting ambiance. Walls of windows and sliding glass doors keep the entire area light, and provide seamless indoor/outdoor living.  The enormous kitchen features custom wooden cabinets, sleek granite counter tops, expansive tiled back splash, stainless steel range and oven with a large, dark Tuscan farmhouse style range hood.  The kitchen also boasts a large counter-height island with granite top, and an attached bar-height wood breakfast bar that easily seats six.  There is also a dining table nearby with additional banquette seating, along with rustic chairs and stools, in keeping with the farmhouse chic décor.  The main living area has a beautiful guest bathroom, with a unique vanity with the look of beach bleached wood, a substantial vessel sink, and whimsical decorative accents of shells, starfish, and sea fans.  From this main living area, you ascend the staircase to the amazing master suite, which features vaulted ceilings with more open wood beams.  This master suite is massive, with its own private kitchenette, living area with comfy sofa and chairs, and an exercise area, with sliding glass doors that lead to a huge private balcony.  A small privacy screen defines these sections from the large sleeping area.  Just beyond the bed is a space dedicated to the bathtub area, built within a unique wooden step-up frame, and surrounded by windows (with privacy shades) so you can relax in the oversized jacuzzi while enjoying the fabulous views.  Also annexed to the sleeping area is an enormous dressing area and walk-in closet.  In fact, “walk-in closet” does not do this justice!  These are also accessible to the master bathroom, with a private commode, vanity with vessel sink and an oversized glass-enclosed shower. Downstairs, also in this main living area, is a large pantry, storage area, and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Just steps from the sliding glass doors of the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, is the beautiful pool and patio area.  Covered with attractive paving, the poolside area is spacious, with patio tables and chairs, as well as, lounge chairs for sunbathing.  Landscape and hardscape complement one another, creating a colorful and tropical atmosphere, with palm trees, vibrant bougainvillea, potted plants, and statuary.  At one end of the good-sized pool, is a pergola with intertwined foliage providing shade to the step-down bar to tend the built-in swim-up bar in the pool – an amenity usually only seen in exclusive resorts!  At the opposite end of the pool is a canopied outdoor spa day bed, and at the side of the pool is a large hot tub. This pool area also features an outdoor shower, and a convenient bathroom accessed from the patio.  The wide veranda, with red tile roofing, runs along the length of each wing of the house, creating wonderful areas for an outdoor dining table that sits 10 easily, as well as, comfy sofas and benches.  This entire compound was designed to make the most of family spending quality time together! Extending from the main part of the house is the wing containing seven complete suites. Each suite has its own kitchenette, a large bed, a sofa bed, and en-suite full bathroom.  There are four suites on the ground floor, with sliding glass doors to access the pool and patio area, and three more suites on the upper level, each with a balcony overlooking the lovely pool and grounds.  Each suite has its own décor theme.  Family and guests can enjoy time together and still have needed privacy.  If desired, you could also rent out any of the suites.  Just beyond one of the gates, is a small, green park, shared by this property and two others.  This park has a paved pathway that leads directly to a broad, sandy beach, perfect for building sand castles with the children during the day, and romantic sunset walks in the evening.  This amazing family compound sits on 14,757 square feet of land.  Currently, over 2,500 square feet of that is undeveloped and is being utilized for parking, but would be perfect for expanding, if you wished.  It is perfect for a large family compound, but could be turned into a beautiful hostal, or retreat destination, for those whose journey is leading them down that path.  Your life, your choice.  But whatever you choose, don't overlook this great property on your path to the beach!
