Vacation Mode: Activated!

Your vacation mode begins the moment you step foot onto this property, designed with sand, sun, and fun in mind, along with a little bit of style and luxury!  You will have room for family and friends in this 3,444 square foot, two-story house in Punta Blanca.  The open-concept ground-floor main living area consists of living, dining, and kitchen space, all with direct line-of-sight through two sets of sliding glass doors, to the fantastic covered patio, infinity pool, and ocean view beyond.  Utilizing pale walls, turquoise accents and natural woods, the décor celebrates and reflects the colors, tones, and textures of the beach, sea and sky.  Curl up on the comfy built-in sectional sofa, or enjoy a meal at the large trestle style dining table.  One side of the U-shaped kitchen is separated from the dining area by only the counter and breakfast bar, so not only will you be able to enjoy the view, you will not feel separated from your guests or family, nor miss out on any of the fun, even when you are preparing a meal.  The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, not often seen in Ecuador.  The sliding glass doors open onto a covered patio area, with plenty of lounging chairs, as well as, a hammock calling your name! This area overlooks a sparkling infinity pool, all with views to the blue Pacific. On the side of the house is a sand-covered volleyball court for your entire party to enjoy.

This house has four bedrooms, all with a private en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor level, along with the main living area, you will find one of these bedroom suites that will sleep four people.  There is also a guest bathroom on this level.  The staircase to the upper level is beautifully designed, with custom stone work featured on the wall, 'floating' staircase steps, and a natural wood bannister reminiscent of driftwood.  Each of the three upstairs bedrooms feature sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony, along with their private bathrooms.  The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, sleeping two, and boasts a large master bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, vanity and dressing area. The second bedroom has a double bed with trundle bed, and will sleep three people. The third bedroom has a triple bunk bed, sleeping three people. Bedroom number four is furnished with a single bed with trundle bed, accommodating two people.  A laundry room with hook-ups for a washer and dryer is found on this upper level. Additionally, there is a stairway to a large skylight, by which you can access the third-level rooftop terrace.  Just use the uniquely designed crank to open your way to the terrace.

The house has air conditioning throughout, and has WiFi plus television.  An added bonus is the plentiful parking inside the perimeter walls of the property.  The woodland path with plenty of shade takes you right down to your almost private beach.  Designed so your worries wash away like footprints on the beach, this house activates vacation mode at hyper speed!  The house rents for $1,500 for 7 nights, $3,500 a month (plus electric and water) and $2,300 on holiday weeks.  No pets allowed.
