The flooring throughout is tile with the look of sun-bleached driftwood, and there are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and main living areas.  There is a laundry area with stacked washer and dryer just off the kitchen, so no need to find a local laundry service...just toss in your beach towels at the end of the day!  There is also a service quarters with built-in bunk beds, just beyond the laundry area, with its own bathroom.
