The property consists of: three rentable family-style two-bedroom guesthouses of approximately 1,100 square feet, with ocean view balconies; three rentable private one-bedroom mini-suites of approximately 538 square feet; two studio apartments of about 312 square feet; one sizeable two-story building with a penthouse apartment; laundry and a storage or workshop building. Also, on the grounds, you will find a 10-meter-long pool, open-air community room, outdoor kitchen and bar, poolside bathroom with shower, spa/sauna, and a small multi-use building in the garden perfect for a yoga studio. There are three levels to the property: the garden on the lower level, the casitas on the second level, and the building with individual bedrooms, a pool, community areas, and a large building on the upper level, all with ocean views! There is enough space to build three more casitas on the lower level. The property is encircled by a 12-foot brick wall with a hand-made wooden gate at the entrance. There is a gravel road connecting the three levels allowing automobile access to the upper level, as well as plentiful parking.

Second, only to the world-famous Galapagos, this is the highest tourism area in Ecuador.
