Las Toldas is a lovely 7-floor building situated in Salinas. Salinas is a coastal city located in the Province of Santa Elena, Ecuador, which is about 2 1/2 hrs west of Guayaquil on the Pacific Coast. It is a beautiful little town with a fantastic beach where you can find this corner oceanfront condo to look right out to the ocean, run out to the beach, and throw the towel away. The apartment has been remodeled in a clean, modern style.

Appreciate beautiful views of the bay, the beach, and the horizon from the condo's great balcony while having a meal or relaxing, with sunrises and sunsets as your guests. The living room, with television and ceiling fans, is decorated in shades of blue. The kitchen has several cabinets for storage. The granite countertops have room for a microwave and other small appliances. The major appliances are stainless steel.  The attractive ceramic tiles on the wall make cleanup easy. The laundry room has a washer/dryer and a sink right off the kitchen.

The master bedroom has its own balcony access, along with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a large closet.    There is a large en suite bath as well. The second and third bedrooms have large windows offering lots of natural light and fresh air. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The apartment includes two more bathrooms.
