If you are interested in being right in the heart of the big city, this is the place!  This three bedroom unit is located right on the Malecon in Guayaquil.  What a great location!  The living room/dining room are spacious and open up to the balcony where you can sit and look at the Malecon or the river.  This is a short walk to Las Peñas.  Lots to do in this area.  The unit comes complete with furniture, sheets, towels, dishes, etc.  There is a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator.  There is also a washer and dryer.  The three bedrooms are a good size.  The master bedroom has its own bathroom.  There is a nice size hall bathroom for the other two bedrooms and there is a bathroom off of the kitchen.  The unit has central air.  The unit does have underground parking.  The owner will rent for $60 a night up to three people.  If there are more than three, than the price is $20 more per person.  The owner will also rent for $1,000 a month with the garage or $900 if the garage is not needed.  The parking rents for $140 a month but is included in the rent prices.
