There is another bathroom shared by the second and third bedrooms and convenient to the main living areas.  The gated community has a private clubhouse, a community swimming pool, and 24-hour security. All of this is available for just $900 per month. Short term rates are available upon request. Water, HOA fees, and WiFi are included. Finding this combination of charm, tranquility, location, and affordability doesn't happen every day, but this one is definitely...wow!
