This condo has a master bedroom with a private en-suite master bathroom and a good-sized second bedroom and second bathroom, so there is no traffic jam at the bathroom door in the mornings!
After a leisurely walk on the beach, you have an array of restaurants to choose from, or stroll the Malecon and find the perfect souvenir. You can also choose to use any of the three social areas found at the Malaga Condominium building. On the second floor, there is a game room, with game tables, foosball, and ping pong tables, as well as a terrace overlooking Salinas. Take the elevator to the tenth floor and enjoy the infinity pool, bar, and tables and lounge chairs overlooking the blue Pacific. Or work off the last of your stress in the gym, ending with a trip to the sauna. If you want to spend a few hours soaking up the sun, go to the eleventh floor solarium, the place to be if you are a sun-worshipper!
This condo rents for just $1,250 per month during the low season, May through November. High season, December through April, will be higher, call for rates. This unit includes a designated parking space in the attached parking garage and a storage bodega for all your beach toys!
