This may be the nicest home on the ocean in San Lorenzo.  EVERYBODY loves this home when they drive by.  The outside is painted a very unusual and warm color.  When you are sitting outside by the pool area, you are literally RIGHT ON the beach!  When you come up from the beach, you can jump into the pool, or into the outside shower!  So convenient!  There are great seating areas all around the pool for relaxing or sunbathing.  The living room and dining room are located right off of the pool area.  There are lots of bedrooms for your family and friends upstairs.  Each of the bedrooms are a great size and are air conditioned.  While you can park in front of the property, you can also pull your cars in and park.  One more thing...there is a maids quarters located outside of the kitchen area.  This owner would also consider renting the house.
