Kimberly Kagan-Campbell, CIPS, GRI, CRS, LTG

Kimberly passed her real estate class in Chicago in May of 1983, the month she turned 21. She is also licensed in Ecuador. Although Ecuador does not require licensing, she felt it was important that she obtain the license here also. In 2009, Kimberly bought a condo on the ocean in Salinas, Ecuador. She lives in Salinas permanently. She also owns a condo in Guayaquil and four more rental condos in Salinas. Island Estates International was founded in 2009. Our sales team combined has over 90 years of experience in full time real estate sales, management, consulting, training and coaching in residential, commercial and international real estate business. We currently have agents on the coast, in Cuenca, Quito and in Cotacachi.  Prior to moving to Ecuador, Kimberly Kagan worked for Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate's Gold Coast office at 900 N. Michigan, in Chicago. This company is owned by Warren Buffet. In November of 2005 Kimberly was recruited to American Invsco to head the newly created brokerage division as the Executive Vice President of Brokerage. She opened up 8 offices in Chicago, five in Florida and one in Las Vegas.  Ten months later she was promoted to President of Brokerage and National/International Sales. Prior to joining American Invsco Kimberly was with Coldwell Banker for 11 years where she served as Regional Vice President of Residential Brokerage. There she was responsible for 11 offices in three states - Michigan Indiana and Illinois overseeing a total of 538 agents. Her main function was to help her 11 managers work with their respective teams to achieve the plans and goals set forth by the company. Kimberly is a certified Integrity Systems coach/trainer and has certified over 100 managers/department heads in Integrity Coaching as well as over 100 associates in Integrity Selling. She holds four designations - CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist...the only one in Ecuador), GRI(Graduate of the Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, and LTG (Leadership Training Graduate). She is a past President of the S/SWAR (South/Southwest Association of Realtors -1994-1995) and was voted the 2001 Realtor of the Year for the RWSSC (Realtor Association of the West South Suburban Chicagoland).  Kimberly currently helps manage her family's real estate company, Kagan Real Estate, Inc. in Chicago while running her company in Salinas.
