Cecilia Salazar

I have been in the real estate business since 2002.  She obtained her real estate license in 2014.  I moved to Salinas on September 1, 2021.  I love Salinas because as they say out there it is "the blue paradise, of the South Pacific".

I always had in mind that when I retired I wanted to live on the beach (because I am a sea woman); but suddenly the children grew up and I told myself why wait and do what you always wanted to live near the sea when you can do it now? Well the answer wasn't made to wait; my husband and I decided to move. Thanks mainly to GOD and thanks to the work I have I was able to fulfill my dream.  I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of families buy their own home.

My motto is that everything you do with love comes back to you with love.  My reputation is known for  working with my clients in the process of buying, selling, or renting from beginning to end.  Our job is definitely not the properties but the people.  I believe that one of my greatest strengths is to handle very well the paperwork involved with the purchase of properties required by Ecuadorian law.
