Betty-Anne Ouellette has held many managerial positions up to General Manager in the health care industry.  Her enduring life goal is to help others. Now working as a Real Estate Consultant for Island Estates International, she can use her analytical and systems skills to bring buyers and sellers, renters and landlords together. She has lived on the Ecuadorian coast for close to nine years and now resides in Cotacacchi Imbaburra. While her first language is English, she communicates effectively in Spanish.  She also understands Dutch and a bit of French and German.
